    Vegetable Dip #2, creamy/spicy

    1, 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
    8 ounces sour cream
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped green onions
    1 seeded and diced jalapeno pepper
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce sauce
    1 teaspoon ground cumin

    Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Chill
    for several hours before serving. Serve with fresh
    vegetables, crackers or chunks of bread.
