Beer Cheese Sausage Dip

crockpot - Beer Cheese Sausage Dip
1 pound processed cheese spread, cut in cubes
1/4 cup beer
1 package smoked sausage, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
... or the miniature hot dogs/frankfurters
In saucepan combine cheese spread beer.
Heat on low until cheese melts.
Add sausages. Stir constantly until smooth.
Pour into crockpot/slow cooker and keep on Low
heat for as long as you can while people enjoy
the dip with some Tostito scoops or as a topping
over an egg noodles as a small entree.
