    List of Ingredients




    1 pound loose pork sausage
    1 teaspoon salt
    9 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
    3 cups milk
    1 1/2 cups grated cheese, flavor is your choice
    4 slices of bread, cut into cubes
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small chopped red or green bell pepper

    Recipe



    Brown the sausage in a large frying pan.
    Remove from heat and then drain.
    Grease a 9x13x2 inch baking dish/pan.
    Use a bowl to mix slightly together the eggs, salt, milk
    and mustard.
    Now add the cheese, bread cubes, onion, pepper and
    the sausage. Stir slightly.
    Pour into the dish/pan and refrigerate overnight.
    The next morning, place in oven and bake at 350 degrees
    for one hour.
    Makes 12 - 15 servings.
