Crab Meat Eggs Au Gratin

6 eggs
1 6 1/2oz. can crab meat, drained + picked over
3 tbsp. milk
4oz. crumbled American cheese
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Beat eggs until lemon in color.
Add crab meat, milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
Stir to mix and put in top of double boiler over barely boiling water.
Cook and stir until eggs are done.
Makes 4 servings.
