    Eggs w/ Crab + Artichoke

    5 eggs, beaten
    2 cups (500 ml) shredded Monterey Jack, Cheddar,
    or Swiss cheese
    8 oz (225 g) cottage cheese
    8 oz (225 g) artichoke hearts, chopped
    4 oz (110 g) crab meat
    1/4 cup (60 ml) all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking powder

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Lightly grease 4 to 6
    oven-proof bowls and divide the mixture between them. Bake in a
    preheated 350F (180C) oven until puffed and golden brown, about 30
    minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
