2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
sliced bread of your choice



Recipe

Beat together the eggs, milk, butter, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
If necessary, trim bread to fit your waffle iron size.
Dip bread into the egg mixture, quickly coating both sides.
Place in the hot waffle iron until golden brown.
Allow 2 to 3 slices per serving.
