    French Toast, simple

    Use 1 whole egg well beaten,
    with about 1 teaspoon of sugar,
    a little salt, if desired,
    pinch of vanilla,
    a smidgeon of ground cinnamon, or
    ...other flavors of your choice.
    (Try putting some chocolate in.)

    Soak 1 slice of bread in mixture until it is
    all soaked up.
    Cook slowly in a frying pan with a little
    butter.
    You may use cookie cutter to make special shapes.
