    PotatoFries + Eggs

    1 medium onion
    1 medium potato
    2 eggs
    vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
    ketchup

    Parboil (boil until half cooked) the potato. Dice the onion and
    potato. Fry the onion and potato in the oil in a frying pan on medium
    heat. Add salt and pepper to taste and flip when done on one side then
    the other.
    Crack the two eggs on top. Turn off the stove, flip once more. Serve
    with a bit of ketchup if desired.
