    Sausage + Grits Breakfast Casserole

    1 cup raw grits
    4 cups water
    1 box Jiffy cornbread
    1 cup milk
    1 lb sausage
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
    4 eggs
    1 tsp salt

    Boil water and add raw grits. Add salt and butter and
    boil for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Saute sausage
    and drain. Beat eggs with milk. Add all together with
    1 box of Jiffy mix. Put in 13x9x2 inch casserole. Cover
    all with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
