    Fish Batter

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white sugar

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients together.
    Then dip the fish fillets into the batter and fry in hot oil.
    Drain and serve.
