    Salmon Mousse

    List of Ingredients


    1 16oz. can pink salmon, drained
    1 pkg. Knox gelatin
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried dill
    1 sm. sliced onion
    1 c. low fat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. low fat mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    garnish - cucumber, parsley, pumpernickel

    Recipe

    Chill a mold in the refrigerator.
    Put the gelatin into a blender/food processor with a metal blade.
    Pour the lemon juice over it.
    Add the boiling water and blend together.
    Add the salt, dill, onion, and mayonnaise and blend.
    Add the salmon and blend.
    Add the yogurt and paprika and blend.
    Pour into the cold mold.
    Let set in the refrigerator for several hours.
    Remove from the mold by placing the mould in hot water in the sink for 15 - 30 seconds and run knife around the edge to loosen.
