    Dewey Lemon Dessert

    1, 8 ounce package lemon gelatin
    2 cups hot water
    1 cup Mountain Dew soda pop
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 cup whipped cream, (or frozen whipped topping, thawed)
    1, 12 ounce can pineapple tidbits
    2 cups miniature marshmallows
    1, 20 ounce can lemon pie filling

    Mix mountain Dew and Pineapple juice together.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add the juice from the pineapple and enough
    Mountain Dew to make the 2 c. of liquid.
    Chill until syrupy and then fold in the pineapple tidbits and marshmallows.
    Pour into a 9X13x2 inch glass dish and chill until firm.
    Whip the cream or use the whipped topping. Fold in the
    lemon pie filling until it is thoroughly mixed. Spread
    this on top of the set gelatin.
    Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Chill well.

    This salad freezes well but it must be mixed together rather than made in layers.
