Happy Salad

1 cup pineapple juice or boiling water,
...( just 1 cup, no more)
1 small package lime or lemon gelatin
1, 16 ounce can crushed pineapple
1, 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
1/2 cup well chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped nuts of choice walnuts
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Boil pineapple juice or water, mix with gelatin and
let set slightly. Mix cream cheese with celery and
nuts. Add to cheese mixture and bake. Fold in the
whipped topping. Pour into mold or a buttered 9x13x2
inch dish. Chill until set.
