8 new potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
2 scallions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs. olive oil
aluminum foil
Divide potatoes onto 4 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to enclose
potatoes completely. Sprinkle each portion with remaining ingredients and
salt and pepper to taste. Fold aluminum foil around potatoes to make a
packet and repeat with remaining potatoes. Preheat grill machine. Arrange
foil packets on hot grill, in batches if necessary. Close cover and cook
about 12 minutes, or until potatoes are fully cooked.
