4 salmon steaks, rinsed and patted dry
1/2 tsp. canola oil
4 lemon wedges
Preheat grill machine. Brush oil over both grilling surfaces. Arrange salmon
on hot grill, in batches if necessary. Close cover and cook about 5 minutes,
or until fish is cooked thoroughly and flakes easily. Serve with lemon
wedges.
