1 lb. firm tofu
2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. tamari
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbs. honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. canola oil
Use paper towels to press water out of tofu and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Combine remaining ingredients, except oil, in a bowl. Brush mixture over
both sides of tofu slices. Preheat grill machine. Brush oil over both
grilling surfaces. Arrange tofu on hot grill, in batches if necessary. Close
cover and cook about 4 minutes, or until golden.
