    GrillMachine - Marinated Fish

    GrillMachine - Marinated Fish

    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup salad oil

    Place fish in a non metal container.
    Combine ingredients, blending well.
    Pour over fish and let stand at least 1 hour.
    Remove fish from marinade and cook until fish
    flakes.
    Marinade may be used to baste fish while cooking.
