SandwichMaker - Cornbread Cheese + Bacon

List of Ingredients

1 5oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
1 egg
3 1/2 tbsp. cream or milk
4 tbsp. shredded cheese, your choice which type
2 tbsp. bacon bits, (you can buy real bacon bits in many stores now)


Recipe

Coat the sandwich machine with non stick cooking spray.
Let the sandwich machine heat.
Mix the egg, the corn mix and the cream together.
Add the cheese and bacon bits and stir together.
Fill each side of the sandwich machine about 2/3 full.
Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Check for doneness with a toothpick, it should come out clean.
