1 slices cooked ham or 1-2T diced
2 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
1 T broccoli -- chopped & cooked
1 dash garlic powder
basil or dill to taste
salt and pepper
olive oil
Season inside of bread with olive oil.
Layer ham, cheese; sprinkle with broccoli pieces.
Add a dash of garlic powder and seasonings.
Cook about 4 minutes till browned.
You can also substitute chicken instead of ham.
