Recipe Introduction

Yummy! One of my favorite sandwiches.

List of Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
softened I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. honey mustard
8 slices sandwich bread
4 slices turkey luncheon meat
4 slices ham luncheon meat
4 slices Swiss cheese


Recipe

Beat the eggs until creamy.
Add the sour cream , milk and vanilla, beating well. Set aside.
Heat the sandwich machine.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with the butter light.
Combine the mayonnaise and mustard and spread on the non buttered side of each slice of bread.
Place a slice each of turkey, ham, and cheese on top of 4 of the bread slices with the mayonnaise mixture side up.
Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Stick 2 toothpicks into each sandwich.
Then dip into the egg/cream mixture.
Place the sandwiches in the machine and remove the toothpicks.
Close the machine and cook for 5 - 7 minutes, until the sandwiches are golden brown.
