Make or use a muffin mix that does not need eggs.

Mix the batter up.

Coat the sandwich maker with non stick cooking spray.


Recipe

Add the batter.

Close the lid and let cook for approximately 5 minutes.

Check the muffins with a tester to make sure they are done.

May be served whole or cut in half to serve.

There is hardly any mess and these are quick to make.

Enjoy anytime.
