3/4 lb. canned salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs
40 saltine crackers, finely crushed
2 small onions, minced
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preheat snack machine. Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste
in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread a portion of mixture onto a lightly
oiled or buttered snack machine. Close cover and cook 3-5 minutes, until
browned and cooked throughout.
