    The other night I made cornbread in the sandwich maker.It was quicker and easier than heating my over and they were soooo good! I think adding a little canned corn would be good, too.

    SandwichMaker Cornbread

    Mix up a box of Jiffy cornbread.
    Spread a layer in the machine.
    Add some shredded cheddar.
    Then another layer of batter.
    Close lid and cook about 5 - 8 minutes.
