    Chili Cheese Hot Dog Pot Pie

    2 cups biscuit baking mix
    2/3 cup water
    3 cups chili with beans
    1/2 pound sliced hot dogs, (frankfurters)
    2 cups hredded Cheddar cheese

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. You will need a
    1 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Use a medium bowl to mix together the baking mix and water
    until it forms a smooth dough. Set aside.
    Spread half of the chili into the bottom of the baking dish.
    Place the sliced hot dogs over top of the chili.
    Sprinkle the cheese over top of the sliced hot dogs.
    Spread the other 1/2 of the chili on the top. Set aside.
    Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured work space to
    1/4 inch thickness, possibly trying to shape it the same as
    your baking dish shape. Then roll the dough onto your rolling
    pin and unroll over top and to the edges, if possible, of the
    baking dish. Use a sharp knife to make slits for steam.
    Bake for 15 - 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
