    Chili Sauce Topping, beanless

    1 pound ground beef
    1 1/2 cup water
    1, 3 ounce can tomato paste
    1 onion, cut fine
    3/4 Tablespoons chili powder
    1 1/2 Tablespoons salt

    Cook ground meat; drain.
    Mix meat with all ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Meat should be very fine.
