Corn Dog Muffins

List of Ingredients

Corn Dog Muffins

2 uncooked frankfurters, (hot dogs),
...(beef or turkey or mix, your choice, or try
...with chopped leftover bacon or sausage)
2, 6.75 ounce readymade packages corn muffin mix
2 large eggs
1, 13.25 ounce can creamed corn
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat your muffin cups with the cooking spray.
Slice the dogs into 4 - 6 strips, then slice from
side to side so as to make into cubes.
Mix the dogs with the muffing mix in a bowl,
making sure to coat all the pieces of meat.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add the corn and mix well.
Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake
for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 12 regular size or 24 mini muffins.
