Dog, Potato, Cheese Casserole

1, 16 ounce package hot dogs, cut into chunks
5 - 6 small to medium potatoes, peeled,
... cut and cooked to tender, drain
salt and pepper to taste
2, .9 ounce packages white gravy
2 cups cheese, or to taste

Mix hot dogs and potatoes together.
Salt and pepper.
In another pan, make gravy to package directions.
Place a layer of dogs/potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.
Drizzle some gravy over that.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Repeat until ingredients are used.
Bake at 300 degrees F. until cheese inside is melted and
cheese on top is starting to brown, about 20 - 25 minutes.
