2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup -- undiluted
2 cups cooked noodles
2 cups diced hotdogs (5)
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Start, heating oven to 350ºF. Saute onions and peppers in butter until
tender. Add hotdogs, curry, salt and noodles, then 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Turn into 2 quart casserole. Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake 30
minutes. Serves 4.
