    Hot Dogs with Bacon + Stuffing

    4 slices bread, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
    2 tablespoons minced or chopped onion
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
    3 tablespoons milk or water
    salt and pepper
    6 hot dogs
    6 slices bacon

    Combine bread, onion, parsley and dry mustard; add enough milk/
    water to moisten, and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Slit hot dogs lengthwise, cutting almost through and stuff with bread
    mixture. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each hot dog. Secure with a wooden
    toothpick. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
