Mexican HotDogs, w/corn chips
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1/2 medium minced onion
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
sour cream
grated Parmesan cheese
10 hot dogs, split lengthwise
Mix all ingredients except sour cream, Parmesan, and
hot dogs together.
Heat oven to 350. Place dogs in a baking dish.
Fill each dog with mixture.
Bake about 12 minutes.
Top with cream cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serves 10.
