    Coconut Sorbet

    2, 14.5 ounce cans coconut milk
    1/2 cup agave
    pinch of salt

    Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender/food processor
    until the sweetener is well-mixed.
    Refrigerate until fully chilled, then freeze in an ice cream maker.
