    2 c. half + half
    1/2 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Use a medium saucepan to whisk together the half + half, whole milk, and the dry milk.
    Cook over a low heat to dissolve the dry milk.
    Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth and creamy.
    Add the sugar and cook until the sugar is dissolved.
    Remove from the heat and add the vanilla.
    Let cool slightly before covering.
    Then chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
    Blend for a few seconds before pouring into an ice cream maker.
    Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
