Ben and Jerry's recipe makes a less creamy, less rich ice cream.
List of Ingredients
low fat version:
2 c. light cream
1 c. COLD Sweetened condensed milk
low fat/no fat version:
1 can fat free condensed skimmed milk
2 c. no fat milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanillaRecipe
Whisk the light cream and the sweetened condensed milk together in a mixing bowl until blended.
Makes 1 quart/1 serving.
*This is a base only. It is used in conjunction with the ice cream recipes.
