This is rich, creamy and easy to make ice cream.

Vanilla Ice Cream #1

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
5 beaten eggs
2 c. whipping cream, (1 pint)
1 12oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
additional milk

Whisk together the sugar, flour, salt, the 2 1/2 c. milk, and eggs in a bowl.
Use a separate bowl to stir together the whipping cream, condensed milk, and vanilla.
Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
Pour into an ice cream machine's freezer container and fill to line with additional milk.
Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
