    List of Ingredients




    6 c. beet juice, (drained from canned beets, or
    ...place in a blender/processor and blend until liquefied)
    1 6oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
    2 boxes Sure Jell
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    8 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Strain the beet juice and combine with the gelatin, Sure
    Jell, and lemon juice. Let boil for 1 minute.
    Then stir in the sugar and boil for 6 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
