    sugar
    cinnamon

    Recipe



    Wash pears. Don't peel.
    Slice and add small amount of water to start cooking. Cook until real soft.
    Press through colander.
    Add 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to each 3 cups of pulp. (Approximately 3 pears for 3 c. pulp.)
    Cook until thick, stirring frequently.
    Pour into clean, hot jars and hot water bath for 10 minutes.
