    Strawberry Freezer Jam

    List of Ingredients




    1 quart ripe strawberries
    4 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 bottle of liquid pectin

    Recipe



    Crush the strawberries thoroughly and place in a large glass
    bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Let set for at least an hour.
    Add the lemon juice and pectin. Stir until all sugar crystals
    are dissolved.
    Ladle quickly into jars, leaving space at the top for the
    expansion of the freezing, and leave alone until jam is set. It
    could take up to 24 hours.
    Store in freezer.
    This will keep in the refrigerator for 3 weeks.
