    Spiced Cafe Au Lai Mix

    2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. instant coffee powder
    1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
    1/2 tsp. each ground cinnamon, cloves, and allspice

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients until well blended and place in an air-tight container.
    To present as a gift, spoon 1/4 cup portions onto squares of aluminum foil.
    Seal foil. Place foil packets in a decorative box or tin.

    Tie with a coffee mug and with a copy of the serving directions:

    For 1 serving, place 1/4 cup of the mix into a mug and add 2/3 cup boiling
    water. Stir to blend.
    Top with whipped cream, if desired.
