    Lemon Pepper Seasoning Mix

    1 c. ground black pepper
    1/3 c. dried lemon peel
    3 tbsp. coriander seeds
    1/4 c. dried minced onion
    1/4 c. dried thyme leaves

    Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
    Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a sealable jar, packing firmly. Seal
    and decorate, and attach recipe tag.

    Grilled Lemony Chicken

    You will need:
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Olive oil
    2 tsps. seasoning mix
    6 chicken breasts
    Mix the lemon juice, oil and seasoning mix together in a bowl.
    Place the chicken in the bowl to marinate in the refrigerator
    for 45 minutes. Grill and Serve.
