    soup - Cream of Tomato Soup Mix

    3 cups dried tomato slices
    1/2 cup dried milk powder
    1 Tablespoon granulated white sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Powder tomato slices in a blender/food processor.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Store in a plastic bag, glass jar, or any tightly sealed container.

    Attach to jar:

    Cream of Tomato Soup

    Add to 1 1/2 quarts boiling water and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon butter after cooking.
    Makes 4 - 6 servings.
