    Chicken w/Pierogies + Mushroom Sauce, ( 24 )

    72 each Giorgio Potato & Onion Pierogies, cooked 5 minutes
    6 tablespoons Olive Oil
    4 1/2 cups Carrots, chopped
    4 1/2 cups Mushrooms, chopped
    4 1/2 cups Frozen peas
    4 pounds Chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch pieces
    12, 7.5 ounce packets Mushroom sauce, prepared as directed

    Sauté carrots in olive oil until tender. Add mushrooms, chicken, and peas.
    Cook 12 minutes or until done. Add pierogies and mushroom sauce and cook
    until pierogies are warmed.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 24 servings
