Cucumber Salad, ( 100 )
8 1/2 pounds cucumbers, sliced thin
1 1/4 pounds thinly sliced onions
6 cup sour cream
6 cups mayonnaise
3 teaspoons salt
5 Tablespoons granulated white sugar
1 3/4 cups white vinegar, (14 ounces)
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, sugar and vinegar
to make a thin creamy dressing.
Pour over cucumbers and onions and combine gently.
Chill.
Makes 100 1/3 cup servings.
