    Hash Browns Casserole ( 24 )

    1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
    4 pounds frozen hash browns
    24 ounces sour cream
    3, 10 3/4 ounce cans cream of celery soup
    4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, (16 ounces)
    3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Melt butter in a large roaster pan and add hashbrowns.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the hashbrowns.
    Do NOT stir.
    Bake, uncovered, for 55 - 60 minutes, or until the potatoes
    are tender.
    Makes 24 portions.
