    Sunshine Salad (45)

    8, 3 ounce packages orange gelatin
    6 cups boiling water
    4 cups cold water
    1 1/2 pounds grated carrots
    2, 20 ounce cans crushed pineapple, undrained

    Makes 1 steam table size pan.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water, carrots and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate to set.
    Makes 45 servings.
