    LowFat - Apple Salad Appetizer

    List of Ingredients

    Apple Salad Appetizer

    9 apples, cored, pared, and cut into cubes
    3/4 pound seedless grapes
    3 banana, thinly sliced
    3 celery rib, finely chopped
    1 1/2 pounds pineapple chunks, drained
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
    3 tablespoons honey
    4 1/2 cups plain vanilla yogurt

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
    Makes 12 servings.
