    LowFat - Baked Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    Baked Chicken

    4, 4ounce bonless, skinless chicken breasts
    low fat/salt sprinkle seasoning of your choice
    4 squares aluminum foil,
    (large enough to completely cover each breast)
    1 c. water

    Place each breast in a square of foil.
    Sprinkle with seasoning.
    Add 1/4 c. water around chicken.
    Wrap to cover chicken.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Makes 4 servings.
