    Banana Bread, (no fat, full flavor)

    6 ripe mashed bananas
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a regular sized loaf pan. Use a medium
    bowl to sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat
    the bananas, sugar and vanilla together until well blended. Add the
    wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until combined. Pour into the
    loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until a tester comes out clean.
