    LowFat - Carrot Salad

    2 lb. baby or sliced carrots, cooked just until crisp tender, cooled
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion

    Mix the vinegar, tomato soup, oil and sugar together.
    Add the carrots, green pepper and onions and mix to coat well.
    Marinate overnight.
