    LowCarb - Lacy Parmesan Crisps

    Recipe Introduction

    These delicious wafers are actually just grated cheese that are baked and cooled.

    List of Ingredients

    Lacy Parmesan Crisps

    1 1/2 c. coarsely grated Parmesan cheese, (6oz.)

    Preheat oven to 375.
    Line a large baking sheet with reusable nonstick baking liner.
    Drop level tablespoons of the cheese 3" apart onto the baking.
    Spread to form 2" around.
    Bake for 6 - 7 minutes, until the edges just begin to color.
    Transfer the crisps, while still on the liner, to a wire rack and let cool
    for 2 minutes.
    Transfer to paper towels to drain.
    Repeat with remaining cheese.
    Makes 24.

    Approximately 28 calories, 3g prot, 0g carb, 2g total fat (1g saturated),
    5mg chol, 114mg sodium.
