    Lamb Steaks w/Horseradish Mint Sauce

    for the mint sauce:
    1 c. sour cream
    4 tbsp. prepared horseradish, not the sauce
    2 tbsp. chopped mint

    for the steaks:
    2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 large minced garlic cloves
    4 lamb chops or leg steaks
    salt and pepper to taste

    for the mint sauce:
    Combine the sour cream, horseradish and chopped mint together. Set aside.

    for the steaks:
    Preheat your broiler or grill.
    Combine the mustard and garlic and rub on both sides of lamb steaks.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Grill the lamb to desired doneness, about 3 - 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
    Serve with sauce.
